All of our pet guests’ medical records, personality profiles and special needs are carefully recorded and vaccinations must be up-to-date. We use hospital grade disinfectants to keep everything spotless and we are proud to be flea free. Our staff of animal lovers are trained and ready to make your pet’s stay with us pleasant. We offer large outdoor runs for the pet who likes the outdoors and spacious kennels for the indoor pet. Cat Condos are a secure, cozy, yet spacious environment perfectly designed for the fastidious feline. Health and safety are critical to us.

Vaccination Requirements

If your pet(s) become ill while boarding with us, a doctor will examine your pet(s) and prescribe necessary treatment to be administered at an additional expense. Owners whose pets were vaccinated and/or received medications due to illness while boarding with us will consult with the doctor at the time the pet is discharged.

WHILE PETS ARE BOARDING, IT’S A GREAT TIME FOR NEEDED TREATMENTS SUCH AS DENTALS, SPAYS, NEUTERS, VACCINATIONS, NAIL TRIMS, ETC
Please allow extra time when dropping off and picking up your pet, to verify your pet’s information.

Please bring these items for your pets stay....

1. Vaccination records if not received at Mountainstone Veterinary
Hospital, P.C., otherwise, your pet(s) will be vaccinated at the time
    they are admitted for boarding.

2. Contact information and phone numbers.

3. Any medications or supplements your pet needs.

4. Feeding instructions if you bring food for your pet or if they require a
prescription diet. Normally we feed age appropriate Purina Diet
    foods.

5. Remember to remove your pet(s) leash and collar and take them with
    you.

6. Pets must have been checked for internal parasites (intestinal worms)
within the past 6 months. If not, they must be checked and treated if
    positive.
